Apple Soy Chai Latte

Warm your soul with a tall Apple Soy Chai Latte, one of many delicious soy recipes from the SOYJOY kitchen. Refuel and make the most out of every afternoon with a latte and a Dark Chocolate Cherry SOYJOY®.

Ingredients

Makes 2 servings

1 individually wrapped chai tea bag
½ cup hot water
1 cup light vanilla soy milk
½ cup apple cider
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cinnamon stick (optional garnish)
Directions

In a coffee mug, add chai tea bag and hot water. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes until water turns dark amber. Remove chai tea bag. Set aside. In a small saucepan heat soy milk, apple cider, honey and cinnamon over medium heat, stirring frequently, until frothy (about 10 minutes). Add steeped chai to sauce pan and mix. Serve in a large mug. Garnish with cinnamon stick, if desired.
